As such, we are now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to support the growth of our Melbourne construction and engineering business.
Role:
This is a 360 degree recruitment role in which you will source opportunities to provide technical(white collar) recruitment solutions to the construction sector. Tap into the established database, re-activate accounts, introduce the NES Brand and diverse service offering to your existing markets/contacts, develop new business or network with colleagues to establish new desks that align with your interests/experience. You will utilise your industry knowledge to grow your client base and candidate pool while focusing on successful recruitment partnerships and delivering a service that exceeds expectations.
Ideally we are seeking a consultant with a minimum of three years' experience in the Melbourne market. You will able to leverage on our existing client relationships as well as introducing both the NES and your personal brand to new opportunities.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- End to end recruitment lifecycle (360 Recruitment)
- Candidate management;
- Meeting existing clients and establishing relationships
- Business development of new clients
- Securing PSA's
- Market mapping and talent mapping
- Attending key industry networking events to increase market presence and develop relationships
You:
Enjoying a client and candidate interfacing role, you will possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident in negotiations, process driven and keen to smash targets. Ultimately your aim should be to become the best recruiter in the Melbourne construction market.
