This is an autonomous role which will demand a mature approach to what will be varied work load, being rewarded for your ability to add value to the business, driven by a need to be involved and genuine curiosity. You will partner with well-established consultants, from initial contact with clients through the life of each project to completion. Initial focus will be to apply your exceptional talent identification and candidate management skills through their journey within our intensive search and selection process. We provide services to clients that achieve results for even the most difficult of roles where the selection is critical to business success; as such we operate at senior and technical levels across a wide range of markets and businesses.
We are a small team with offices in Sydney and Melbourne and are well supported in a growth phase by our Australian owner. Our consultants are experienced mature business people who contribute across a number strategic people based service lines, and critically all understand that superior service leads to great relationships with our clients.
