Enjoying a national profile, this successful Australian company is in active growth mode. To support the business at both a strategic and practical level, their HR team is seeking a suitably qualified HR Advisor to cover a maternity leave absence until March 2019.

Working across both their South Eastern locations, your responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment, on-boarding and induction of new employees across the business
• Coordinating annual review meetings and performance management activities
• Providing ER support across sites and business units
• Interpreting awards and EBA conditions and entitlements
• General HR reporting and administration

To be successful you will:

• Hold tertiary qualifications (degree or diploma) in HR or similar
• Have prior experience in an HR Generalist / Advisor role in a diverse, growing business
• Ideally have an understanding of EBA structure ideally in an manufacturing / logistics environment
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage proactively with all internal and external stakeholders
• Be able to commit to the FULL term of the contract.
