Being the lead of the sourcing team, this role is responsible for building and implementing a talent attraction and acquisition strategy to meet the current and future needs of the business.

Description
This role will involve the below responsibilities:
- Liaising with hiring managers when vacancies arise
- Managing current employees on visas and being across renewal dates and further processing required, to extend
- Develop hiring manager capability to improve the candidate experience and quality of hire
- Build talent pools and candidate pipeline
- Implement efficiency to the current recruitment process
- Develop and deliver regular reporting to show effectiveness of talent strategy
- In conjunction with the HR Manager and Marketing Manager developing a compelling Employee Value Proposition and associated collateral to develop and enhance the clients employment brand
- Continually develop proactive talent pools to anticipate business needs
Profile
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
• Tertiary degree in Human Resource Management or similar
• High levels of communication skills (written and verbal) and organisational skills
• Extensive experience in recruitment in complex environments
• Strategic thinking
• Capability to work autonomously
