The Opportunities

Reporting to the Director the core focus of the position will be to effectively manage talent pools, organising candidate events and assisting with adhoc tasks as required.

Your initial responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and engaging with talent through job boards, inbound marketing activities and referral networks;
• Conducting competency and behavioural based interviews with candidates to assist with career planning;
• Assist candidates with job search management;
• Promote candidates to current and future job opportunities;
• Attend client networking events;
• Drive process improvement initiatives;

In addition to ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time.
