The Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team.
Individuals work in a team environment while being held accountable for individual growth targets. A combination of recruiting, account development and account management skills would be key to success.
Responsibilities
- Identify new leads and business development opportunities on a daily basis.
- Desire to work in a target driven, sales environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive and positive approach with a strong work ethic
- Persistence, resilience, drive and determination to succeed
- Calling and meeting companies to find out about their recruitment needs
- Networking and face-to-face interaction with candidates.
- Advising hiring managers and job seekers on recruitment and market insights.
Experience / Traits
- We are looking for people with impeccable project management and multi-tasking skills, comfortable when communicating with professionals in person and on the phone.
- At least 2 years of recruitment or B2B sales or commercial experience within a corporate environment
- Track record of building a successful desk, ideally an individual with strong relationships on the local market
- You will be a self-confident, enthusiastic, motivated person with a strong work ethic and thrive in a competitive team-driven environment.
Salaries and Benefits
- $60k - $100k base + Super (Based on Experience)
- Sponsorship Considered for Senior / Principal Level Consultants
