In light of our success, we are now seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to work with an experienced Senior Recruiter assisting our ever growing business in our Oakleigh office.

About your experience: 

• Minimum 2 years in a Sales environment (Recruitment will be highly regarded)
• HR degree (desirable)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and high-level organisational capabilities 
• High level of professionalism
• Strong interpersonal skills and great phone manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic, positive and friendly personality
