Talent Acquisition Partner / Recruitment Manager to lead a small team recruiting for a top tier client.


You will develop a full understanding of the business and develop innovative solutions for current and future resourcing requirements delivering a best in class recruitment function. Your team will provide all contingent recruitment for corporate and specialist roles via direct sourcing and partnering with external providers with a focus on delivering quality candidates within a cost efficient and effective process. 



This will be a busy and diverse role requiring you to:

  • Establish and develop relationships across the client’s business and act as escalation point for hiring managers, suppliers, candidates and contingent workers
  • Drive the resourcing strategy focusing on continuous improvement, innovation and hiring manager satisfaction
  • Prepare and manage quarterly, six monthly and annual business reviews
  • Manage the 2 person resourcing team, including performance, appraisals, KPI setting and assessment, development and succession planning
  • Maintenance of the client specific operations manual and ensuring the 100% adherence to all respective legal & compliance requirements
  • Identifying areas to increase the scope of client relationship and additional service areas / products to drive an increase in revenue and profitability.

As the preferred candidate you will:


  • Be a proven Talent Acquisition Professional with experience leading, motivating and coaching small teams
  • Ideally bring a blend of internal and RPO experience with exposure to contingent/temporary recruitment
  • Bring well-honed stakeholder management and influencing skills with the gravitas to operate at the Executive level and equally happy to roll your sleeves up to tackle operational tasks when required
  • Be a confident business adviser with good judgement, superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Remain calm under pressure and provide leadership and project management skills during spikes in hiring demand.
