Our client is a diversified health services provider with an outstanding reputation and impressive executive team. They are currently seeking an inspirational General Manager to lead their national health recruitment business. The recruitment business services both their internal requirements whilst also providing recruitment services externally to many of the major public and private health entities. They have an exceptional reputation for quality service to both the customer and candidate.

Reporting to the Group CEO, you will enjoy a high level of responsibility and end to end accountability of the business. This will include setting the strategic direction, driving business growth, P&L management and building a high performing team.

We are open to executives from two different backgrounds:

• A seasoned executive from the GP recruitment segment with business development, team leadership experience and commercial focus
• A Divisional GM from a larger recruitment firm with a desire to utilise their leadership and commercial experience to grow a business within the health sector

Experience gained in significant tenders and building robust key account relationships is essential. A proven ability to build a business through an analytical approach and metric based system is also required. We are seeking an inspirational leader who can demonstrate a passion for building a positive culture and a high performing team.
