Due to an extended growth period a new role has been created for a Managing Consultant to join their Melbourne team and add to their inclusive, collaborative and driven culture. Their Consultants share a passion for delivering high quality solutions for their clients through trusted client partnerships and certified, best practice methodologies. The Managing Consultant role will take a lead role in building and nurturing these relationships as well as identifying and exploring new business opportunities for their products and services. You will consult with clients about their people challenges and recommend solutions which your subordinates can assist with the design and delivery of. As a senior member of the team you will manage a small team of Psychologists and will be joining a highly ambitious team that take their work seriously, but not themselves. They strive toward team based targets which fosters a collaborative, transparent and growth oriented culture.
