The Opportunity

Our team are astutely aware of the trends that have shaped accounting functions for almost two decades. We are here to assist organisations to create great finance functions. The two founding Directors of ThompsonCook possess a combined 27 years recruitment experience and they are passionate about the industry and their employees growth and development. Our firm presently employs a mix of graduates and experienced recruitment staff who have established relationships with some of Australia's largest organisations.

Some of the key responsibilities you will have include: 

• Maintaining and growing a client portfolio of leading companies
• Maintaining and growing a candidate porfolio 
• Participating in a range of business development activities and projects
• Participating in a range of learning & development activities 
• Proactive headhunting and candidate sourcing
• Working with established client relationships while continually growing new relationships

The Expertise
