Your Opportunity

As part of the national People, Performance & Culture (PPC) Team, you will provide support to the business around cyclical life cycle activities, performance management, reporting and ad-hoc projects. 

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Execution of divisional annual performance management cycle according to the consistent firm-wide process including organising / attending calibration meetings, set up of calibration tools and ECM, reporting, presentation preparation. 

     

  • Provide support and advice to performance managers and business partners around performance management processes

 

  • Work with the BPs to provide support, advice, additional information and follow up to partners to ensure delivery of appropriate and effective remuneration decisions within agreed deadlines

     

  • Support with Firm, Divisional & State GPS reporting and action planning

     

  • Provide advice and guidance to Partners and Employees on employee relations (ER) matters to resolve issues

     

  • Conduct ER Investigations including grievances / bullying & harassment claims as required by Business Partner or OGC

     

  • Manage any Workers Compensation cases including Return to Work / Workers comp claims/Mental Health cases with support from OGC and WH&S

 

  • Analyse monthly PPC reports to foster continuous improvement, identify emerging trends and provide feedback to the business.

    To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include: 

     

  • Human Resources experience in a complex corporate or services organisation
  • Sound experience in an internal consulting role with sophisticated relationship management requirements
  • Developing experience in project and change management
  • Developing experience in developing effective solutions that support business requirements, HR obligations and manage business risks
  • Demonstrated experience in managing performance improvement processes and employee relations issues, including developing experience in coaching and supporting managers and individuals in these situations
  • Developing experience in managing performance management Developing experience in influencing stakeholders
  • Developing experience in facilitating presentations and training in performance and other people and relationship skills
  • Experience in managing  a variety of tasks simultaneously in the face of changing priorities and requirements
