Brunel (Australasia) is a market leader in providing highly skilled blue and white-collar personnel for full site manning, temporary labor provision, staffing and recruitment to the resource industry.
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for suitably experienced mining and civil construction Recruiters to support our Perth office.
About the role:
The duties will include all recruitment activities and operational support of deployed personnel including:
- Recruit, select, interview and reference check project personnel
- Conduct on-boarding – booking of medicals, training and VOCs
- Ensuring that all recruitment and deployment activities are in accordance with Brunel & Client instructions and statutory/regulatory/legal requirements
- The allocation, recruitment and deployment of personnel in accordance with the specific contractual requirements
- Work rights check (including Visa requirements) for potential candidates and other background checks as required
- Maintain an accurate and current database (IRIS) of candidates to ensuring availability of candidates to fulfil client/contract requirements
- Recruitment representative during client, company and third party audits
- Remain an active point of contact during deployment of personnel ensuring a first level response to any issues
What you require:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience recruiting within the mining and civil construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of the training and competency requirements within the mining and civil construction industry
- High level competency of Microsoft Office and Data Entry skill
