What we need

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to support the Human Resources and Payroll team in a fast paced environment providing excellence in customer service.  This is a part-time, fixed term contract based at our Greystanes office.

Key responsibilities will include::

  • Coordinate and action the administration tasks of an employee life cylcle including, but not limited to:  recruitment activities, posting ads, coordinating interviews and pre-employment checks, candidate management, preparation of employment documentation.
  • Organise and support onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain data between HRIS & Payroll systems, ensuring data integrity at all times
  • Be willing to learn the payroll function in order to actively support the team
  • Prepare weekly HR communication and coordinate incentive programs
  • Coordinate training activities and maintain the training database
  • Respond to HR enquiries in a timely manner

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience in a HR Administrator or Coordinator role
  • Possess outstanding administration skills, integrity and initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources would be highly regarded

 

This role is being offered for a 9 month fixed term contract, working 15-20 hours per week.  The candidate will be able to work Monday and Tuesday, with the third day being flexible.  Hours are negotiable.
