YOU WILL HAVE:
- A desire to have complete control over your earning potential
- Previous IT Recruitment experience gained within a fast paced agency environment
- Proven billings/success in achieving financial targets
- Demonstrated ability to hunt new business and develop long term relationships
- Experience of establishing key clients and target client plans
- Motivated, resilient, competitive and fun!
- Skilful negotiation skills
- Results orientated
