A well-established global professional services organisation with a welcoming work environment is in search of a passionate HR Business Partner to join the team of 6 in Rhodes. THE ROLE 
As part of an extremely talented team, you will directly report into the HR Director, provide HR leadership and support to a dedicated corporate client group of 150 members, as well as work across local strategic HR projects. This is a true business partnering position, incorporates a wide breadth of responsibility enabling the right individual to help drive growth strategies from a people perspective. This role is one where you will have full ownership of strategic projects that are based around your interests and further development.

THE CRITERIA
To be considered for this role, you must be degree qualified in HR or a related discipline with 3-5+ years HR Business Partnering experience. Strong experience and coaching skills across employee relations, stakeholder management and proactivity will be critical for your success.
