To develop and administer the Human Resources Information System, SuccessFactors, to deliver accurate and timely reporting, data flow between systems and user-centric support services to ensure optimal system performance and continuous improvement of processes.
Essential Skills
- Design, implement and maintain effective SuccessFactors processes in support of a broad range of HR and business users and process improvement initiatives
- Develop and manage the SuccessFactors HRIS reporting suite for all modules based on client requirements utilising data from multiple systems including Chris 21, as well as train and support staff to use corporate reporting tools
- Assess and recommend system and process improvement within the SuccessFactors HRIS to optimise performance, workflow effectiveness, data capture and reporting
- Lead user support for the SuccessFactors system to resolve customer problems and develop processes and procedures to support emerging user requirements, maintaining and monitoring a log of all issues
- Assess new functionality and product releases and ensure that system upgrades, updates and service packs are completed in a timely manner with appropriate testing to ensure continuity of service
- Lead project teams to contribute to the business objectives of the Workforce Services unit.
- Conduct regular and scheduled audits and reconciliations of the SuccessFactors system and procedures to ensure data quality
- Build relationships with clients to understand and gather their HRIS data, process and reporting needs and establish and maintain relationships with IT colleagues to coordinate and optimise system process design
- Design and implement data integrity processes to ensure accurate data entry process and reporting is provided to client
- Administer system access and privileges to maintain appropriate user permissions
- Establish and maintain coding and naming standards across all modules to ensure data consistency
- Document, report and track system issues raised with the vendor, so they addressed within the agreed time frame
- Implement change control procedures to ensure the system keeps abreast of on-going business needs Standard format
