We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and passionate Workplace Trainer to join our growing Learning and Development team. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated and demonstrates a flexible and adaptable approach within a diverse work environment. 
As our Workplace Trainer you will hold a relevant industry qualification and will deliver training across our organisation. You will design, develop and update training resources as required, and evaluate training programs for continuous improvement opportunities.  
  
Essential Experience & Knowledge
  • Minimum 2 years’  industry experience as a Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse/Disability Support Worker
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Training Facilitator or Workplace Trainer
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Intermediate computer skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong internal and external vendor management and stakeholder experience 
Mandatory requirements  
  • Current Unrestricted Class C NSW driver’s license
  • Current WWC clearance
  • A capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job
