PM-Partners is currently seeking a HR Project Manager to deliver the implementations of a new operating model and workforce planning tool (pre identified). Our client is a well respected Wealth Management Institute, CBD based
To be considered for this position you will have experience and strengths in the following:
- Extensive project delivery experience implementing workforce planning tools
- Experience supporting the change of operating models and organisational structure and redesign within enterprise environments
- Exposure / knowledge of Change Management, Organisational Capability and Development and Project Delivery
- Experience within banking and finance, wealth, insurance highly regarded
