We are on the search for a motivated, ambitious and pro-active individual to join our Mackay branch as a Recruitment Consultant. The role offers flexibility where you can join the team on a casual or part time basis with the capacity to increase to full time. Depending on what you’re looking for, this role could offer the change you’re seeking.

About the role

Recruitment Consultants with Protech aim to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and our candidates, with a genuine commitment to making accurate, safe and considered decisions that lead to high quality placements.

About you

You will need to have administrative experience in a busy and fast paced environment. You’ll demonstrate effective communication skills, the ability to support candidate management processes including candidate screening activities, a strong eye for attention to detail and high regard for promoting safe work practices and environment. Experience working in Blue Collar recruitment would be highly regarded.
