Ignite is a national white collar brand who operates as part of the greater Clarius group.
 
Due to our ever growing business we're looking for an additional recruitment consultant to join our Sydney West Team in Parramatta. You will be required to have previous industry experience in one of the following specialist areas: Healthcare, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and Legal.
 
You will need to be highly driven and a self-motivated person, have a history of successfully billing and have the ability to build long lasting relationships with clients and candidates. This is a great opportunity to be a 360 consultant where you take full charge of your own desk in developing new business and interviewing candidates.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Growing and developing your clients and candidates
• Source candidates using a variety of methods
• Screening resumes
• Interviewing candidates on the phone and face to face
• Cold calling to acquire new clients
• Building rapport and relationships with both clients and candidates
• Achieving your targets and KPI’s

Key Requirements:

• Current NSW Driver’s License and own vehicle
• Previous experience working in Healthcare, Accounting, Finance, HR or Legal recruitment
• Exceptional telephone skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated and confident
• Polished appearance
