With almost 2500 professional and academic staff, the People and Culture (P&C) team cover 6 colleges and centralised services. Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, the Associate Director, People and Culture Client Services is responsible for the provision of comprehensive strategic and operational P&C direction and advice. As part of the P&C leadership team you will contribute to the development, review and evaluation of operational plans and budgets which support the Universities strategic direction. You will coach and mentor the Client Services team, provide expert P&C advice at a senior level, in particular guidance on complex Employee Relations/Industrial Relations and Change Management.

You will be an adaptable and practically minded P&C leader, passionate about continuous improvement, leading and empowering teams. A strong commitment to providing a superior customer service experience will be crucial to your success in this position, while building and fostering relationships with all stakeholders. Extensive knowledge of Employee Relations /Industrial relations in complex and multi layered environments is essential, as is previous experience in leading a P&C team. You will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
