About the role
As a Recruitment Partner, you will be part of a small on-site recruitment team responsible for the fulfillment of the client's permanent talent requirements.
This is a rewarding role, where you will be fully integrated within the client's own HR/Recruitment team, so we're looking for someone with not only relevant experience within Recruitment, but the passion and desire to deliver service excellence and constantly enhance our offering.
- Hands-on Recruitment Consultant / Partner experience in-house, on-site or agency-side.
- Permanent recruitment experience
- High level adaptability and responsiveness
- Ability and willingness to travel to other client sites
- Self-starter, ability to work autonomously
- Professional and mature manner, with ability to manage sensitive conversations and service escalations
About you
You must be an excellent communicator, with a strong customer service ethic and ideally have experience of recruitment across multiple disciplines. You will have a demonstrated track record of building successful stakeholder relationships, effectively managing expectations throughout the recruitment process, and delivering great results.
