Reporting to the Director, Transitions as a highly qualified Project and Recruitment leader, you will drive this project by putting together a strategy and implementation plan to ensure delivery.  This project is to be delivered by the 15th September, 2018.

The role requires;

  • A high level of project management and commercial management acumen and strong analytical capability
  • Recruitment Mobilisation planning
  • Detailed recruitment process and operational plan
  • Cost planning
  • Expertise in volume recruitment and processes
  • Ability to deliver projects on scope, time, budget and quality
  • Experience in risk mitigation
  • Excellent project presentation skills
  • Best practice recruitment expertise
  • Timelines and attraction planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective decision making and project planning
  • Identification, management and escalation of project risks
  • Provide specialist advice
  • High quality presentations and project reporting
  • Successfully lead communication and collaboration to facilitate recruitment mobilisation project
  • Provision of high level experience in recruitment and processes in commissioning of new sites and vacancies
  • Risk mitigation plan.

Experience and Qualifications include;

  • Extensive experience in the management of complex projects with demonstrated expertise in the delivery of recruitment mobilisation
  • Previous project or program management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare financial, technical papers, strategies and policies to drive decision making, utilising information from a range of stakeholders or sources
  • Strong commercial acumen to allow the delivery of cost effective solutions
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or Organisational Physcology
  • Tertiary/post graduate qualifications in business management is advantageous.
