Green Light Australia are currently looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to support recruitment activities within our growing consulting business. The ideal person will have experience working across multiple industry sectors, ultimately specialising in acquiring and managing IT talent and building solid networks.

This role will involve supporting Head of Resource Management in planning and coordination of talent management initiatives. As a better understanding of the Green Light business develops, this position will be given increasing levels of responsibility on which to focus, in preparation for a more senior involvement within Green Light Australia's Resource Management Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ensuring accuracy of resource project forecasting.
  • Implement and execute recruitment initiatives as driven by the Green Light Business Divisions.
  • Proactively support the Head of Resource Management and Operational Leadership team to advise, guide and escalate any issues within resourcing based on analysis, market trends and day to day issues to ensure effective and strategic decision making.
  • Play a key role in the Consultant Care Program.
  • Take responsibility for building, maintaining & engaging with talent pools/pipelines in accordance with business requirements.
  • Build internal relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for resource management within organisation.
  • Aptitude of hard work, common sense and empathy towards assignees, ability to prioritise and juggle changing demands and time-frames.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships by understanding skill set and career development goals
  • Build your knowledge around project delivery to better understand business requirements.   

 

Required Experience:

  • Ideally have 5 years plus IT recruitment/ resourcing experience.  This can be from either an internal or agency in your background. 
  • Proven success using multiple sourcing methods including referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter and advertisements;
  • Experience recruiting for IT Technical Positions.
  • The ability to pick up systems quickly.
  • You will have a high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills.
  • A process-driven personality and high performance standards.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • The ability to communicate with and influence all levels of stakeholders.
