Working as part of our supportive global People and Organisational Development team, you will be responsible for the coordination of our global recruitment, and talent and capability initiatives. We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of recruitment, talent and capability support to our global people managers, as well as designing and implementing effective global practices.

This is a dual focused role, in which you will provide coordination support across, recruitment, on boarding and retention, including learning and development.  In this diverse role, you will provide support to our Talent Acquisition Specialist, which will involve directly managing a small number of positions end to end.  For this you will need to be comfortable in designing and managing the appropriate attraction and selection processes, consulting with hiring managers and speaking directly to interested applicants.  In addition to recruitment, you will also work closing with our Learning and Development Specialist to assist in the coordination of key organisational capability initiatives, coordinating registrations and logistics for our global blended learning programs, overseeing and updating our learning management system enrolments and assist in developing communication plans around these initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will bring with you previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within an agency environment or an internal recruitment function, with demonstrated experience delivering a high level of candidate care. Ideally, you will also have some experience or an interest in expanding your skills in learning and development. Knowledge of elearning development, specifically using Storyline 2, would be well regarded.

Your ability to work in a team and to deal confidently with a range of people, cultures, situations and multiple deadlines will be critical to your success. Your ability to establish and maintain key relationships will be your strength - developing strategies and resources to influence, persuade and build the confidence of key stakeholders internally, often in a virtual environment. Your proactive mindset, continuous improvement focus and interest in understanding technology and systems are all key skills for this role.
