Client Details

My client is a global technology business continuing to grow rapidly her in the Sydney market. You will join this business in Sydney in a stand alone capacity. My client is seeking a strategic partner who can work with business leaders and employees to create and maintain a great place to work.

Description

This position will report to the CEO, and will be a key member of the leadership team. In this role, you'll identify, develop and execute innovative and business-relevant HR strategies and programs to ensure the Sydney offices have the necessary skills available to meet our business goals and to ensure that employees and managers are engaged and performing to their full potential as we continue to grow in Australia.

Key areas of expertise include Total Rewards (emphasis on compensation practices and solutions that meet the needs of the business, Organisational Development & Change Leadership (My client is growing fast and you will help coach our business leaders to lead change effectively, and support them in building and leading effective organisations); and Talent Management (helping identify top talent with a focus on development and leadership effectiveness).




Profile

You will have previous experience working in a tech start-up or in a high-growth start-up environment, and understands how important people are to our culture and the future of our company. This role requires the below criteria:

  • 6 years+ experience in an HR position, a strong generalist background, and has acted in a business partner capacity
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions
  • Proven ability to deliver effective HR solutions and manage HR processes
  • Has worked within a highly complex hyper-growth global organisation
  • Experience in organisational development and change management
  • Strong recruitment experience
