Our client is based in Sydney's CBD and a well known creative Australian iconic organisation. Due to changes within the team they are urgently seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team immediately in a 6 to 12 month contract, with view to extension.

This role will be reporting to a HR Manager this role is responsible for providing highly effective and customer-focused HR Advisory services to management and staff by proactively identifying, influencing and managing a range of HR activities throughout the employee life cycle. There is a strong exposure to supporting and driving some change management initiatives, around organisational design and culture.

To be successful you will have experience at Senior HR Advisor or HR BP level working within a large HR team structure or large complex organisational environment. You will have been exposed to large scale change management, with strong stakeholder management experience and proven negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to link HR outcomes to business drivers.
