The Opportunity
The OTR Trainer will be responsible for training new employees on company policies and procedures, evaluating service standards and coaching team members both at Head Office and within the job environment at sites, whilst bringing a significant contribution to improve team members and business performance.

Key responsibilities include:
- Train employees in our policies, retail methodology and act as ambassador for OTR
- Listen to, observe and evaluate the team members in real-life situations and in role play
- Analyse, debrief and identify development needs
- Provide managers with feedback after training sessions
- Design, develop and implement retail training programs
The Successful candidate will possess:
- Must hold a current Certificate IV TAE
- Proven ability to facilitate training sessions of high volume
- Experience maintaining training records
- Excellent team and time management skills
- Ability to provide an optimal level of customer service to all stakeholders within OTR
- An understanding and ability to maintain policies and procedures to the highest level
- Sound Microsoft Office experience
- National Police Clearance
