We are now seeking a People & Culture Manager with a passion for people and experience across all facets of the employee lifecycle to work collaboratively with the executive team to ensure we attract, develop and retain the best talent to deliver the ultimate customer experience. 

About the Role

You will have total freedom to:

  • Identify and implement innovative recruitment strategies
  • Design and drive employee engagement initiatives that deliver a high performance culture 
  • Ensure the organisations training activities are planned to meet current and future organisation and employees needs
  • Create/review/manage all people and culture programs such as talent management, succession planning 
  • Coach/develop/support line managers in getting the best from their teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior managers, franchisees and employees 
  • Manage the performance development and review process and provide training, advice and support to line managers 

What you’ll need to succeed

  • A passion for people and creating a culture where individuals thrive and be an inspirational leader who is a role model of our values
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or equivalent
  • Demonstrated HR generalist or management experience ideally in a retail environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills and the ability to influence at the leadership level
  • Proven track record of success implementing best practice approaches to all facets of the employee life cycle including, recruitment, induction, performance management, talent management, training and development and employee relations.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer first mindset
