The Position

Besst Recruitment has embarked on a journey which has been game changing for the labour hire industry. Due to this we are looking to expand the company and currently have a position opening for a Recruitment Consultant to join our fast paced and friendly team. 

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for creating and posting job ads for position openings with our clients 
• Creating detailed profiles of our candidates 
• Drug testing candidates for certain positions, at our clients discretion 
• Not only meeting but exceeding provided KPI'S 
• Phone screening of candidates
• Reference checks 
• Interviewing of shortlisted candidates 

What we are looking for 

• Proven experience within the recruitment industry 
• A strong attention to detail 
• A high level of data entry knowledge and knowledge of WorkDesk will be an advantage
• Proven ability to not only meet but exceed KPI's 
• Previous knowledge or experience of labour hire sales would be advantageous
• Professional phone manner 
• Excellent written and verbal skills is a non-negotiable for this position
• Must have their own car and license
