About the role

We are currently seeking experienced recruitment consultants (intermediate and senior levels) to join our Melbourne team in the Sales & Marketing vertical. You will be running your own desk with the full support of the company behind you to assist in achieving your goals and building your brand.

Experience and skills required 
  • At least 3 years successful Recruitment Consulting experience
  • Proven experience in marketing and business development with a unique strength in building, managing and delivering 360 client relationships
  • Agility to move between account management, business development and recruitment needs with ease and enthusiasm
  • A high degree of self-motivation and sales drive with experience implementing successful sales processes
  • 360 recruitment consulting experience
  • You will have a professional manner, be well presented and maintain an ethical approach to your work
  • Commercial acumen is a must
  • The ability to liaise with clients and candidates at all levels
  • The ability to work collaboratively to meet individual and team goals
  • Energised by connecting with new people and seeking out new relationships
