A fantastic public sector organisation is seeking an experienced People Services Manager to support the organisation with change leadership, culture enhancement and will oversee the successful delivery of the Enterprise Agreement process taking a consultative and collaborative approach. Your new role
The People Services Manager will support the Executive Manager, People and Culture on complex matters including the implementation of continuous improvement strategies within the team and organisation wide. In this role you will lead a small team of HR professionals to support the delivery of organisational development solutions and oversee the employee and industrial relations portfolio. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to continuously improve current policies, processes and HR tasks to ensure the HR function is operating in the most efficient way possible.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in managing and enhancing an operational HR team to maximise output. Your background in aligning HR operational processes to people strategies will have ensured that you have been successful in leading a proactive HR team.
You will have previous experience in successfully planning, developing and implementing the negotiation of an EBA. You will be an Employee Relations and Industrial Relations leader with expert knowledge in workplace legislation, industrial instruments and processes that identify and mitigate risks to organisations and employees.
Your ability to influence internal and external stakeholders will have aided you in the provision of successful HR projects associated to change. The successful candidate will understand the importance of building capability within an organisation and have successfully achieved this by using a collaborative HR approach.
