About Them 
This purpose lead business is a fast growing multinational specialising in the development of innovative medical devices with the aim of making a difference to people’s lives. A market leader in its key clinical areas, the business attributes its success through the high quality of people who work within the organisation.  The Australian business is currently 200 FTE and doubling over the next 3 to 4 years.

About the Role
Reporting to the GM of People and Culture, the is a role with great scope to make a difference every day. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting multiple business units in designing and delivering programs, such as front line leadership both face to face and via e-learning in module and conduct TNAs for functional roles.

This is a newly created role in a start up style environment, so this role comes with a sense of autonomy, pace and the ability to influence decisions effectively and quickly.

About Success 
To be successful in this role you will be an inquisitive Learning & Development professional looking to apply your best practise knowledge gained in a large complex commercial business.

You will have the ability to create and deliver pragmatic business solutions and confidently recommend new ideas. As it's a standalone role, you'll also be happy to do the associated research, sdministration, session bookings etc.

3-5 years’ experience within a specific capability development role and experience working with e-learning programs are essential, as is a tertiary qualification.
