Based on the Southern Gold Coast. Medical Recruitment Manager looking for a dedicated Casual Recruiter. Currently our clients have a large number of positions to recruit for and this a great opportunity to develop your skills in the recruitment field. About the role
As a newly created position, ideally you will be a motivated and pro-active individual who can assist with the recruitment of roles on a casual basis. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for reference checking, job advertisements, interviewing and phone screening calls. You will need excellent people-skills as the business expands and be efficient with follow up calls and time management.
This is generally an autonomous role. Commission only. Positions to recruit for will be supplied.

Skills and experience
- Minimum 2-3 years' recruitment experience
- Strong computer literacy skills
