Role Summary

As a recognised true market specialist, your core responsibilities are candidate and contact focussed, working regionally on mid management and specialist requirements, you will also drive best practice across the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to further focus your market specialism and help develop others.

Role Responsibilities

Looking after our key account (one of the big 4 banks) you will be responsible for all contract positions passed by the client approx. 80 roles per annum.

  • Be recognised as a true market specialist, both internally and externally.
  • Represent the company at Senior Management level across this key account.
  • Build long term relationships which have resulted in significant heads-up or exclusive business.
  • Drive best practice across all areas of the sales process.
  • Constantly achieving revenue and placement target.
  • Demonstrate the iKas values.


Skills and Knowledge

  • Typically, more than 3 years’ experience.
  • Degree educated is considered beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • A true market specialist with a successful track record in delivering on senior/specialist roles.
  • Significant end to end client and candidate management.
  • Excellent relationship management skills resulting in heads up and exclusive business.
  • Impressive contributor in client meetings.
  • Significant knowledge of a specific market and recognised as the go to person.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and ability to leverage business opportunities.
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to influence conflicting demands.

Location

With offices space in both Manly and the CBD, this role can be based from either location or working from home/flexible working arrangements are also an option.
