Permanent HR Manager Role - Leading Financial Services Company - Growing Organisation.

Your new company
Our client is a well-known Australian Financial Services Company. The organisation has over 7000 employees across Australia. Due to a resignation they are seeking a new HR Manager to join this growing organisation.

Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Manager is responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources Services, Policies and Programs.

  • Lead, develop and retain high quality team members.
  • Partner across the organisation to deliver key strategic and operational requirements.
  • Manage people risk, management frameworks, workforce recourses and budgets.
  • Setup systems, processes maintained, tested to achieve compliance.
  • Implement Payroll System; expert in payroll superannuation and benefits.
  • Support the end to end time and attendance payroll processes.
  • Employee customer service and query management.
  • Reporting to external regulators and authorities and internal finance reporting.
  • Build a culture of change awareness and service and product continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain processes and training to ensure customer service expectations are delivered.


What you'll need to succeed

  • You will be a strong and determined professional who gets buy-in from key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • You will have demonstrated management experience, together with being a proactive professional who enjoys getting out of the office and building trust and rapport with all stakeholders
  • You will be a practitioner who can focus on the strategic side of HR and the development of the organisation through innovative practices
  • Experience with implementation of Payroll and HR Systems.
  • Previous Experience working in a Large and Complex Organisation.
  • Healthcare or Financial Service Industry Experience advantageous.
  • Motivated, Inspiring and able to drive change in an Organisation.
