As a Senior Recruitment Consultant with Command you will manage the full 360 recruitment process :

• Identify and develop new client relationships
• Negotiate terms and salaries
• Recruit highly skilled IT professionals
• Write and post effective job ad’s on various advertising channels
• Review and shortlist applications and interview candidates
• Attend industry events and network

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 1+ year recruitment experience essential (Preferably in mining but other areas considered) 
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Organised and able to manage high volume activity
• Strong negotiation skills
