Location: Botany

Green Options are a professional Landscape Management and Sports Turf Maintenance Company with long term contracts at Government, Private and Commercial sites with offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Darwin & Adelaide.

Due to growth within the company, we are currently looking for a part-time Recruitment Consultant to take control of the recruitment process.  Ideally you will have an understanding of the Horticulture sector and previous experience in the Apprenticeship process.

This role would suit someone with their own ABN, who could work both from home and on-site in our Botany office.

About the Role:           

• Consult with Managers across the organisation about roles that need to be filled and advertise vacancies where appropriate
• Source and screen candidates for a variety of different roles, assessing their suitability for an interview. 
• Arrange and conduct all interviews on site with the Managers.
• Carry out all pre-employment screening of candidates.
• Liaise with internal HR

Skills and Experience

• 2- 3 years' experience in Recruitment
• A familiarity with (or understanding of) the Horticultural sector would be highly regarded but not essential.
• Knowledge of the Apprenticeship process.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Applicants with own ABN preferable
