The core needs of the gig:

• Develop and own workforce relationships, liaise regularly over video conference, the phone and in person
• Work with account managers and customers to understand specific requirements for ad-hoc assignments as well as larger projects  
• Build resource plans to manage and fill the forecasted gaps on the projects we are involved in
• Maintain and further exceptional standards for on-boarding, including but not limited to detailed face-to-face and video screening interviews, deep-dive technical testing and covert project & cultural background checks

In order to be considered for the role it is good to have:

• Proven technology recruitment or resource/talent delivery experience in either an agency, search or in-house setting
• Excellent business acumen and an ability to understand the dynamics of enterprise technology projects
• An embracement of technology, digital and the benefits both can have on your ability to work smarter and essentially spend more time away from the office
• Be pro-active and have a care-factor - you have to see what you do as valuable when done in the right way and you have to care about what the client and your colleagues think of the service you're providing
• Those with a technical engineering or project/service delivery background or those that have worked in technology integrators or consultancy will be highly regarded
