National Human Resources Manager

Location: Smithfield (Sydney)

The National Human Resources Manager is required to work across all levels of the organisation, providing an informed, professional and efficient service on all aspects of human resources management and strategy.  This includes partnering with senior staff to identify HR priorities and recommending appropriate people management solutions in relation to organisational development, culture and change initiates while delivering outcomes and managing any associated issues.

The position reports to the Managing Director and is a position of trust requiring a professional with proven work experience as a HR Manager or a Senior HR Business Partner who is people oriented and results driven. A sound working knowledge of employment law and IR best practices is expected.

Professional Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong service orientation and the ability to empathise with others
  • Self-directed individual who demonstrates initiative.
