An exciting opportunity has become available for an energetic professional looking to kick start their career in HR, to join the expanding Staff Australia team! As industry specialists in Industrial and Commercial industries, an exciting opportunity now exists for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
With training provided, we are looking for a dedicated and hard-working consultant looking to build a career in the recruitment industry in our Industrial division.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Ensure all our existing accounts are serviced to a high level.
- Conducting one on one interviews - behavioural and competency relative
- Updating candidate database and monitoring & editing daily rosters
- Taking job orders from clients and despatching out candidates
- Liaising with other operations team members, sales team and clients
- Database maintenance - FastTrack
- General Administration - as required
The role will involve constant liaison with other operations team members, sales team and clients so great communication is a must! The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience in a commercial temp or permanent role.
- Proven capability developing relationships across all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop new business relationships.
- Proven time management and ability to prioritise.
- Database maintenance - FastTrack
- Current drivers licence and own reliable transport
