Following our success over the last 17 years in delivering recruitment and HR services to the WA public sector, we have recently established a Government Practice in Darwin and are looking for suitably qualified HR professionals to join our team. The Beilby Government Practice is dedicated to assisting the Northern Territory Government with their requirements in recruitment, job evaluation and human resources consulting needs.

Working with a variety of public sector agencies, you will develop sound working relationships, understand our clients’ business requirements and apply your knowledge of contemporary HR practices and legislative requirements, as they relate to the public sector to deliver their business needs (with support from our team of consultants based in our Darwin and Perth offices).

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have experience in recruitment practices within a Public Sector Management Act environment.
  • Understand the general methodology applied in undertaking a recruitment process within the Northern Territory Public Sector
  • Can demonstrate experience working as a business partner to recruiting managers.
  • Have played a major role in adopting the main principles of recruitment, job evaluation and HR as they apply to the public service in terms of a fair, transparent and robust approach.
  • Possess high level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Are committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Have excellent organisational skills and are able to prioritise a variety of tasks in order to achieve client objectives.
  • Have an interest in business development and developing strong client relationships.

This role offers great flexibility and allows you to take charge of your work goals and the hours you work, whilst being supported by an experienced team of Consultants and Administrators and working with a range of public sector agencies on a variety of roles.  This role will be located in Darwin.
