As the Internal Recruitment Consultant for this Australian owned business in the South-East, this is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to work close to home.
This position will see the Internal Recruitment Consultant recruit for a large volume of contact centre roles. Daily tasks will include writing and posting job ads, phone screening and managing assessment centres.
This is a permanent opportunity with full time hours. The Internal Recruitment Consultant will work Monday to Friday 8:30am- 5pm.
Key duties:
- Ad writing
- Phone screening
- Management of Assessment centres
- Liaison with management
- Create shortlists
- Conduct reference checks
Key Requirements:
- Ability to work independently
- Self-driven
- Good verbal and written communication
- Experience in running assessment centres desirable
- Contact centre recruitment desirable
