We are seeking a stand out Business Partner, who is looking to join a great team environment. This role sits within our People & Culture team and reports directly into our HR Director. You will have a dedicated client group of 150 people and will also work on a number of strategic initiatives.

Who you are:

You are passionate about people and understand the value of working as a Business Partner, balancing both operational outcomes with strategic initiatives. You see opportunity in coaching and consulting with your stakeholders and are comfortable challenging the status quo.

The stuff you’ll be doing: 

  • Provide strategic partnering to support internal stakeholder in relation to talent and capability planning, change management and provide specialist advice on people related matters
  • Partner with the business to ensure growth of people leaders, with a focus on performance and development, coaching and wellbeing
  • Work closely with the broader People and Culture team by implementing strategies within your client group that support talent management, succession planning, mentoring and upskilling for our employees.
  • Contribute to the implementation strategic priorities and programs to develop IRI’s values and people based culture champion activities making our business a great place to thrive in

What you need to bring:

  • A genuine passion for people
  • At least 3+ years’ experience at a BP level
  • Bachelor Degree in HRM or equivalent
  • Ability to build and develop effective relationships across all levels of the company
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and practices
  • Highly motivated, self-directed team player who will work closely with the business to support service delivery and growth strategies.
  •  A commercial approach, exceptional stakeholder management skills which are underpinned by collaboration and influence.
