WHS & Return to Work Coordinator

This position plays a key role within the Work, Health and Safety Team and is responsible for injury management across Calvary Retirement Communities and will also provide support to the WHS Team as required, in implementing the National Work Health and Safety program, embedding safety KPIs, risk management, investigations and training/coaching staff across the business.

 

  

 

What you bring  

• Demonstrated experience in the provision of claims and injury management services, information and advice to management
• WorkCover NSW Accredited Return to Work Coordinator
• Extensive knowledge of the NSW Workers Compensation system and experience in Workplace Health and Safety
• Experience in the management and resolution of complex injury management issues and in managing and coordinating complex long term and significant claims to a successful outcome
• Highly developed interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to initiate, develop and implement claims and injury management policy, procedures and strategies to support Calvary goals
• Sound computer skills
• Current drivers licence
