The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Capability Development Specialist to manage learning and capability projects within Sydney Trains.
You will work within the Customer Service Directorate (CSD) contributing to the development of clear learning and career pathways for CSD employees. You will be responsible for maintaining these initiatives and pathways through delivery within a Business as Usual (BAU) capacity ensuring ongoing continuous improvement.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including facilitation of key learning and development programs; managing, leading and designing Learning and Development (L&D) programs and providing critical stakeholder engagement to ensure your deliverables meet the needs of the business.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience and knowledge in best practice learning and development principles, the ability to manage learning and capability projects from concept to delivery and experience in dealing with a variety of stakeholders to deliver relevant and effective learning programs. You have the ability to design creative learning initiatives which can be applied in real world practical ways in order to maximise transfer of knowledge to the job and improve learning efficiencies.
