About the Job

This role will have you working as a recruitment consultant managing your own desk, nurturing and growing relationships with existing clients that you will be assigned to you. It's lovely warm desk - every recruiter's dream.

Your days will never be the same. We expect you will be out meeting people most of the week- clients and candidates alike. There are KPI's in place that are super achievable and fair, as we like to focus on outcomes rather than numbers. We are all about quality over quantity.

The commission structure in place is also fair, achievable and uncapped. You will be rewarded for the hard work you put in. The greater the outcomes, the more $$$ you can earn.

Once a year the top performing branch in Australia is taken on a relaxing trip somewhere fancy. This year the South Melbourne team went to Hamilton island to relax in the sun for week. THIS COULD BE YOU!

The Things About You That We Are Looking For

• A Positive, energetic personality. It's a small team, so we don't want any Debbie Downers please.
• Previous recruitment experience is preferred, however if you'd also just love t o give the role a crack please do apply
• Resilience, and lots of it. Some days will be tougher than others, but there is always a lovely reward at the end of it all and LOTS of support.
• Not being affraid to jump in and help out your team mates. Again, being a small office we work as one team
