Healthcare Australia (HCA) is the leading healthcare recruitment solutions provider of nursing, aged care and medical staff in Australia with operations in every state and territory. Our Rural and Remote business division has experienced significant growth and we are seeking a talented Resourcer to recruit  healthcare professionals for locum placement in Rural and Remote locations across the country.
 
Based in Darwin, NT the position is supported by an Business Manager & local, plus a team of passionate consultants at key sites across the HCA network. 
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a team of nurses from various clinical backgrounds by facilitating and supporting them through HCA recruitment process
  • Continually identifying new business and placement opportunities.
  • Preserve existing client relationships by identifying suitable candidates for placement needs
  • Adopt successful candidate recruitment and marketing initiatives to match client needs.
  • Proactively network to build market and brand awareness.
  • Large administration component
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Exceptional presentation, customer service and organizational skills
  • Superior communication skills, written and verbal.
  • PC literacy - Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market.
  • Initiative, flexibility and strong attention to detail.
  • Candidates with a strong administration, sales or call centre background are encouraged to apply.
