  • Inner city fringe location with reduced onsite car-parking rates
  • Salary package circa $110,000 to $120,000 plus super, plus salary packaaging
This is an exciting time to join this commercial business and rewarding team environment in their newly created L&D Manager position. Reporting into the Head of HR, the key responsibilities of this role include; 
  • Building out an L&D curriculum incorporating leadership development, soft skills training, coaching and mentoring blended learning programs. 
  • Thorough training needs analysis to identify capability gaps as the organisation goes through a state of change and encourages a high performance culture. 
  • Design, development and facilitation of various programs including class room learning, workshops and e-learning. 
  • Consideration of online and digital learning solutions.
  • Managing a Learning Management System (LMS), using SCORM files and captivate to generate learning content. 
  • Consulting within the business, provision of advice re capability gaps.
  • Projects that align with the organisational change agenda and the uplift in capability required.
This is an exciting opportunity for a capable, confident and generalist Learning professional who is interested in working across the function and leading a team. To be successful for this role, you will offer; 
  • Demonstrated expertise and breadth in contemporary learning practices, design through delivery and experience with LMS management will be well regarded. 
  • A commercially astute mindset and someone who is driven by the opportunity to elevate the capability offering.
  • Previous experience working within the Legal, Health, Higher Education or NFP sectors would be beneficial but not required.
